You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Please make sure your request is submitted within this window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

To submit a return request, please follow these steps:

Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
